Our Web-based/Windows NT Time & Attendance system is designed to eliminate all manual card entries and increase the accuracy of your financial data. Badges are validated at each clock in and clock out and on-line error messages are sent back to the collection terminal. The System utilizes Bar Codes to collect the information for payroll processing, monitoring, and access control.
eTime processes the information for your payroll and allows for scheduling vacations, paid time off, holidays, and shift breaks.
Access control allows for restricting the gate, turnstile, vault, or door of entry, restricting time zones for start and finish time and automatic locking and unlocking of the doors.
Through eTimes monitor you can view daily or weekly attendance, late arrivals, early departures, absentees, reconcile employees time sheet, make corrections and approve the hours if desired.
